Replacement Policy
Our products are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product.
Products in your order are eligible for replacement only if:
(a) product was damaged in transit (or)
(b) product contains physical defects (or)
(c) incorrect products were shipped (or)
(d) product received by you is expired, when received.
If any or more of the above match your complaint, please email us at e@boroline.com within 48 hours of order delivery with a picture of the defective product(s), in some cases we might ask for an unboxing video, specifying your Full Name & Order ID. Please allow us up to 5 working days to inspect your claim. If approved, we will send a replacement to you within next 15 days.
Replacement will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken and/or the printed details/product labelling has been tampered with. The product should be intact with the original packaging material and invoice.
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 48 hours from the time of delivery of the product.
