Cancellation Policy
Please review your details carefully before placing your order. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. Check your name, address, phone number, and selected items to ensure everything is correct.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return or replacement request, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package from all sides before opening, followed by the unboxing process in one continuous recording. This helps us verify the condition of the package and ensures a smooth resolution of your claim. Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Replacement Policy
Our products are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product.
Products in your order are eligible for replacement only if:
(a) product was damaged in transit (or)
(b) product contains physical defects (or)
(c) incorrect products were shipped (or)
(d) product received by you is expired, when received.
If any or more of the above match your complaint, please email us at e@boroline.com within 48 hours of order delivery with a picture of the defective product(s) along with a mandatory unboxing video (as mentioned above) specifying your Full Name & Order ID. Please allow us up to 5 working days to inspect your claim. If approved, we will send a replacement to you within next 15 days.
Replacement will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken and/or the printed details/product labelling has been tampered with. The product should be intact with the original packaging material and invoice.
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 48 hours from the time of delivery of the product.
Refund Policy
Products in your order are eligible for refunds only if:
(a) Your prepaid order has been returned to us for a valid reason. In this case, we will process a refund of your order amount after deducting delivery charges and transaction fees incurred by us. Please note, transaction costs may vary on a case-to-case basis.
(b) We are, for any reason, unable to replace items in your order as per our Replacement Policy
Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 10-15 working days of receiving the request from you.
