Delivery Timeframes
After your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you can expect to receive it within 7-10 days. This is our typical delivery window for most locations across India.
If you live in a remote or less accessible area, please be aware that delivery may take slightly longer than our standard timeframe. This is due to transportation logistics in these regions.
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. While we strive for prompt delivery in all cases, please understand that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or transportation issues.
Order Processing & Tracking
All orders go through a processing phase before they are dispatched from our warehouse. During this time, we verify payment, confirm product availability, and prepare your items for shipping.
You will receive a tracking ID via both email and SMS once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor your package's journey.
You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account on our website using your registered email address. This gives you 24/7 access to your order information.
Delivery Attempts
If you are not available to receive your package during the initial delivery attempt, our delivery partner will notify us of the unsuccessful attempt. They will then make 2 to 3 additional delivery attempts to your address.
If the package remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our facility.
In case the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will process a refund of your order amount minus the delivery and transaction charges. This refund will be issued to your original payment source.
Changing Delivery Address
Please ensure all address details are correct before placing your order. Once the order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Incorrect or incomplete address information may lead to failed delivery by our logistics partner.
Delivery Coverage
Please be aware that we do not deliver to all PIN codes in India. Some locations have delivery constraints due to restrictions set by our logistics partners.
We strongly recommend you to check the availability of delivery services to your PIN code before placing an order to avoid disappointment.
If the delivery PIN code you entered is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We have established partnerships with reliable delivery services including Shiprocket and India Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries of your purchases.
Orders placed on public holidays will not be processed immediately but will be handled on the next working day when our warehouse operations resume.
